Currently, the hardness of ceramic materials is no longer the main problem of the setter. What today is the biggest drawback in cutting ceramic tiles, is the difficulty involved of cutting for each material.

The combination of factors such as hardness, thickness, surface finish and, possibly, internal stress of each ceramic material, will generate a level of difficulty when cutting that same material.

RUBI ENDURE scoring wheels are made of high-quality tungsten carbide. Its unitary grinding guarantees an exact and precise incision angle in all units. Thanks to its care and studied design, RUBI ENDURE scoring wheels are ideal for obtaining excellent cuts in ceramic tiles with a high cutting difficulty, especially for all ceramic materials with rough and / or structured surface finishes (reliefs and textures ).

The RUBI ENDURE range of scoring wheels doubles the life of SILVER scoring wheels (always comparing under the same conditions of use).

The handle or stem of the RUBI ENDURE scoring wheels, has a triple groove (designed and patented by RUBI), which guarantees the user a correct assembly of the scoring wheel in the manual cutter. This geometry, exclusive to RUBI, ensures a firm fixation of the scoring wheel and a homogeneous scratch without vibrations.

ENDURE scoring wheels are compatible with all ranges of RUBI manual cutters. The user can find them, both for the ranges with 10 mm calipers (TS-MAX, TR-MAGNET, SPEED-MAGNET, STAR, etc.) and for the upper ranges with 12 mm caliber (TZ and TX-MAX) .

The scoring wheels in the ENDURE range are supplied in a practical blister box with a screw-on lid, which allows us to store and protect our scoring wheels after each working day. Thus offering greater protection and ease of maintenance of our products.
